Unless you’re using that whole bunch of celery you bought, chances are you are going to waste much of it by using two or three stalks as needed. Growing your own celery means you can use what you need when you need over at least a two to three month period.
This Peppermint Stick variety, with its striped pink and green stalks, is a culinary delight. Described as being an Intense, full-flavoured celery, its yields are abundant as it is very slow to bolt, giving it a long harvest period.
