Though we try to be as accurate as possible we cannot guarantee that all the content on this website is correct, complete or current. Nor do we guarantee that there will not be technical, typographical, or photographic errors or variations.

Prices and availability of products may change without notice at anytime.

 

Images of products and product information is intended as helpful guides only.

  • Plants: Due to differences in climate, soils and growing conditions in various locations, information and imagery may appear slightly dissimilar according to your area

  • Fair Trade/ Handmade: Individual variations are part of the nature of these products as each product is handmade by varying artisans

 

Any third party linked sites on this website are wholly the responsibility of that website owner. We take no responsibility for their content, nor do we imply endorsement of linked websites.

 

We reserve the right to make changes to content on this website at any time without notice.

Shipping

Due to quarantine regulations please be aware that plants can not be shipped overseas, national Islands or to Western Australia, Northern Territory, or Tasmania. They can currently be shipped to Victoria, NSW, SA, ACT and QLD. This is for living plants only and does not apply to other products in the store.

 

  • Free shipping in Australia on all orders over $60.00

  • Orders under $60.00 will be charged a flat rate of $12.95 Australia wide

  • Orders containing plants will be shipped on Mondays or Tuesdays. If your order falls on a public holiday plants will be held over and shipped the following week

  • When your order is shipped you will be sent an email with a tracking number to check on the order’s progress

  • We use Australia Post and as such we are not responsible for their delivery schedules. You can find out more about Australia Post’s current schedules from their website

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping address details

  • We do not accept liability for delay, damage or theft in the event there is no-one to safely receive the delivery at the specified delivery address

 
 

Returns

  • We will refund or replace an item if it is deemed to be faulty, or in the case of plants, irreparably damaged during transit

  • Unpack and water plants as soon as they arrive. Assess condition of plant. If there is significant damage, photograph immediately and send image to contact@passionpipfarm.com for assessment

  • Plants should be planted as soon as possible after receipt

  • For damage or faults to non plant products (non living) contact contact@passionpipfarm.com as soon as possible with description and/ or evidence (photo) of the fault for assessment

  • If non plant products are deemed to be faulty they must be returned in a timely manner and in the same condition they arrived, (no soiling or wear and tear) and carefully packed with the same packaging. Tags and labels must not be removed

  • If approved for return, post your item within 5 working days, together with the original receipt to: PO Box 111, Panton Hill 3759

  • Return post and purchase price of the faulty product will be refunded 

  • All other postal costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We do not refund or exchange due to 'change of mind'

  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

We do not hold any credit/debit card details. If you pay online, these are held by third party payment providers to ensure maximum security.
